Dr. Josh Schwarzbaum is a dedicated physician with a commitment to serving the underserved. Board certified in emergency medicine, addiction medicine, and EMS, he possesses a wealth of expertise in managing a wide range of patients and scenarios.
In his capacity as the Medical Director of Hatzolah of Central Jersey and Associate Medical Director of Chevra Hatzalah of NYC, Dr. Schwarzbaum responds to medical emergencies, educates paramedics and EMTs, helping ensure exceptional emergency care for anyone in need of those services. He is also the Assistant Medical Director of the St. Barnabas Emergency Department in the Bronx, and works and consults for the urgent care department at Chemed in Lakewood, NJ.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Schwarzbaum founded HealthyInside.net where he works to help people find their inner peace and natural resilience. He is deeply involved in The Carlebach Shul and has a special appreciation for its inclusive atmosphere, where individuals from all walks of life are welcome without reservation.
