Dr. Kamlet shaped his medical career around Rambam’s ideals. The Rambam explained how 10,000 organs work together unceasingly and harmoniously to preserve the body.

Dr. David Kamlet is a graduate of both the Yeshiva of Flatbush and Yeshiva University. David completed his internal medicine residency at Downstate Medical Center and the State University of New York at Buffalo. He then completed his fellowship training in geriatric medicine at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Kamlet is a clinical instructor in medicine at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. David has been in private practice on the Upper West Side since 1987. In addition to specializing in internal medicine and geriatric medicine, Dr. Kamlet received board certification in acupuncture at the Beijing College of medicine and acupuncture.

David is married to Nyla and lives on the Upper West Side with their 3 children. For over 20 years, they have been active members of the Upper West Side Jewish community.
